简 历Personal Profile

  • 李海波,男,19691210日出生,博士、研究员、博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家万人计划入选者。1992年毕业于郑州工学院(现郑州大学),获水利水电工程专业学士学位。19957月和199912月毕业于中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所,分获岩土工程专业硕士和博士学位。1998.42000.4在新加坡南洋理工大学土木与工程学院任研究助理,200334月于日本京都大学土木与工程系任高级访问学者(JSPS),先后应邀到韩国汉城大学、香港大学、香港理工大学和香港科技大学进行短期学术访问。

    现任中国岩石力学与工程学会常务理事、中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石动力学专业委员会主任委员、湖北省地震学会副理事长。任国际杂志《Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering》副主编、国际杂志《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Geomechanics and Geoengineering :an International Journal》和国内杂志《岩石力学与工程学报》、《岩土力学》编委。

    主要从事动荷载作用下岩体工程安全评价与控制方面的研究工作。主持国家杰出青年基金项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、青年基金和面上项目3项、国家重大基础发展规划项目(973)课题2项、国家重点工程研究项目50余项。揭示了动荷载作用下岩体工程成灾机制,提出了动荷载作用下岩体工程安全性评价和控制方法,研究成果应用于核电、交通、矿山等40余个重大工程中。发表论文300余篇,其中SCI收录论文145篇。主参编国际建议方法、国内行业协会和学会规范6项。2007年获第十届中国青年科技奖,2010年获国家杰出青年基金资助,2013年入选中组部首批“WHJH”领军人才称号。作为第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省科技进步一等奖2项。
